The role
As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will work in our CRM & Campaign Team. Together we execute the complete customer contact strategy across various CRM channels. Next to Recharge.com, you will also work for our ‘local heroes’ brands like beltegoed.nl, guthaben.de and recharge.fr. You will assist targeting various customer segment around the world, for different labels and product categories.
What will I do?
Conduct customer base analysis to identify opportunities and gaps to further drive value;
Manage and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn;
Develop and execute personalized marketing communication across various channels, including email, push notifications and in-app messaging;
Utilize automation tools to streamline and automate CRM processes, including segmentation, campaign execution and AB testing;
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer engagement and conversion rates;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative studio, marketing automation, product & technology and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
What you have
Min. 5 years experience working in CRM;
Hands on mentality in using marketing automation software like Selligent;
Analytical and data-driven, not afraid to get your hands dirty in number crunching;
A creative mind and a strong commercial drive;
An open mind & love for change, to embrace new ideas and cultures;
Proactive communication and “get things done”.
