The role

This cross-functional role will involve creating a relevant assortment, improving performance with the Marketing Team, working towards optimal price levels with our Revenue Management Team and together with our Partners & Procurement Team liaising with brand partners (like LycaMobile, PaysafeCard, Neosurf) about growing their categories.

What Will You Do?

  • Own the Mobile Top-Up and Prepaid Money categories, identifying gaps and driving global expansion;

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and performance;

  • Build strong relationships with key brand partners like LycaMobile and PaysafeCard;

  • Develop strategic growth plans and execute marketing/media strategies to expand market share.

What You Have

  • 3-8 years in a commercial role (Category Management, Assortment Management, etc.);

  • Experience in eCommerce, preferably B2C, and international markets;

  • Analytical mindset with a strong commercial focus;

  • Bonus: Experience in mobile top ups, prepaid payments, gift cards.

The process

3. First interview: You’ll meet with your future line manager and someone from HR to talk about you, our culture and whether you're a fit for the job;

4. Assignment & Second interview: Some roles involve a case study. Great! It’s your chance to shine and show us you have what it takes. You’ll present your case study to the Hiring Manager and someone from the team;

5. Third Interview: You’ll meet with a key member of the management team;
